LCH Consulting is led by Lillian Heizer. Ms. Heizer has 25 years of hands-on leadership experience and an established successful career leading large IT organizations that consistently deliver positive results, solutions and services while reducing operational costs and developing long-term competitive strategies for growth. 

Prior to her current position, Ms. Heizer was the Vice President for Business Development in the ManTech  Information Systems and Technology business unit.  In that role, she was responsiblefor the creation and execution of strategic business plans for immediate and multi-year pursuitsthat helped grow the business unit.  In a previous position, Ms. Heizer was a Principal Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton responsible for Client and Market Development, Program Execution, and functional delivery of information technology based services  and solutions.  Ms. Heizer is the former director of Washington Technical Operations for Lockheed Martin,  where she led an 1800-person engineering organization that provided engineering, technology, and processimprovement support to lines of businesses producing over $700M in annual sales. 

Ms. Heizer has a BSCS from the Florida Institute of Technology, an MSCS from the George Washington University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
