Mr. Garnett R. Stowe, Jr. currently serves as Senior Executive Advisor to LCH Consulting; Mr. Stowe served in a variety of key positions in both industry and government.

He has enjoyed success in a variety of responsible positions. He led an Army Aviation Brigade during Desert Shield/Desert Storm, supervised classified acquisition projects as well as coordinating command control and communications activities on the DOD, and the Joint Staff during his professional military career. He has wide ranging experience in intelligence operations and policy development at executive levels for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. His international experience includes negotiating host nation support agreements and supervising multi-national staffs.

He is a graduate of Howard University, and senior executive training courses at the Harvard JFK School of Government, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Aspen Institute. He is a graduate of the CIA Intelligence Fellows Program. He is the recipient of numerous foreign, civilian, and military awards.
